RECETA DEL GAZPACHO ANDALUZ
INGREDIENTES DEL GAZPACHO
- 1 kg de tomates maduros
- 1 pepino
- 1 pimiento verde
- 1 diente de ajo
- 1 cebolla pequeña
- 50 gramos de pan duro
- 100 ml de aceite de oliva
- 50 ml de vinagre de vino blanco
- Sal y pimienta negra al gusto
- Agua fría
PREPARACION DEL GAZPACHO
- Lava y pela los tomates, el pepino, el pimiento y la cebolla. Corta los tomates en trozos grandes y reserva en un bol.
- Pela el ajo y córtalo en trozos pequeños. Agrega al bol de los tomates.
- Agrega el pan duro a otro bol y añade agua fría para remojarlo durante unos 10 minutos.
- Mientras tanto, corta en trozos pequeños el pepino, el pimiento y la cebolla y añádelos al bol de los tomates.
- Exprime el pan duro y añádelo al bol de los vegetales.
- Añade el aceite de oliva, el vinagre y sal y pimienta al gusto.
- Remueve todos los ingredientes y tritura todo con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
- Ajusta la consistencia del gazpacho añadiendo agua fría si es necesario.
- Prueba y ajusta el sabor con más sal, pimienta o vinagre si es necesario.
- Guarda el gazpacho en la nevera durante al menos 1 hora antes de servir.
